The delivery of your parcel

Cravattificio Alba Srl ships his product all around the world in 35 days from the confirmation of the order* with express couriers (TNT, DHL or UPS) to the address indicated by the customer at the time of conclusion of the order.

After the order has been sent, the customer will receive an e-mail in which the name of the courier that will take care of the shipment and the online tracking information are pointed out; you will be able to follow the products on the website of the courier.

From the moment of the departure of the shipment, the delivery will happen in:

24/48 hours for the shipments in the Italian territory (For Basilicata, Campania, Calabria, Puglia and islands the shipment can take one day more);

2/3 working days for the shipments outside of the Italian territory, but inside the European Community;

3/5 working days for the shipments outside the European Community;

Working days are to be intended from Monday to Friday.

During national holiday periods delays in shipments can happen due to the closure of the establishments. Any variation in delivery times will be communicated via e-mail.

For the tailored (custom) products, delivery time may vary from 2 to 3 weeks according to the customizations requested, to availability of material and to events not under the control of the Cravattificio Alba. Delivery time can’t in any way be guaranteed. The time needed for the delivery appear in the moment of the choice of the product and customizations. Possible delays not known at the time of the confirmation of the order will always be communicated.
